Solve your AI transparency problem in 15 minutes
Some are getting results. Some are creating disasters. You can’t tell which is which.
The law has changed. The Data (Use and Access) Act got Royal Assent in June 2026. Do you have a clear, valid AI disclosure and transparency policy.
AI Policy Templates for Small Business, by Trade
If you use AI tools anywhere in your business, quotes, client emails, social posts, marketing copy, you may need an AI policy that tells clients how. Most AI policy templates are written for corporate IT departments and mean nothing to a sole trader or small studio. These don’t. (Don’t know what AI transparency means? Find out more here.)
Each template below is written for one specific trade, not a generic document with blanks left for you to fill in. Since this is a low-ticket item, I decided Etsy handles the payment and delivery. The policy itself, and the industry-specific detail in it, is written by me.
